Terms of Sale After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email along with the necessary payment details. For delivery to the address you provided, we require 100% prepayment of the invoice. All prices are in euros and include VAT (24%). A paper invoice will be issued with the goods, which also serves as proof of warranty. A shipping fee is added to the invoice. There is no need to pay the courier directly. The shipping fee is waived if the customer collects the goods in person. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item. In case of doubt, please contact the seller or refer to the manufacturer's website. Make sure that the recipient's details are correct, as the goods will be shipped to the address provided. Customer data entered when placing an order will remain confidential in accordance with Stanford Music’s Privacy Policy and will be accessible only to Stanford Music OÜ employees or necessary third parties (e.g., courier or shipping company). Products marked with green or yellow stock status are available in our stores and/or local warehouse. These items usually ship within 1–5 business days. If you choose to pick up the goods at a Stanford Music store, delivery may take 1–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready. We do not recommend coming to collect the item before this confirmation. Products with a red stock status are available for order. The delivery time will be sent to your email along with the pro forma invoice. A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the order and start processing the delivery. If payment for the issued invoice is not received by Stanford Music OÜ within 10 days from the time the order was placed, the seller considers the order to be canceled. Regardless of the selected shipping method displayed in the cart, shipping costs will be applied based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package according to the price list. Warranty Terms and Returns If, for any reason, the purchased item is not suitable, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. A refund will be made to your bank account within 10 days of the item reaching us. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase document. According to the Law of Obligations Act § 194 (4), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs up to €10. Exchange of defect-free items purchased in-store is subject to agreement between the specific store and the customer. Stanford Music is not legally obliged to exchange or refund such products. New products sold by Stanford Music OÜ carry a 2-year complaint period as per the Law of Obligations Act § 218 (2). This period begins from the date indicated on the delivery document issued upon handing over the goods. During the warranty period, the customer is entitled to free repair of the product. If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects and includes the cost of labor and parts if the fault is due to the manufacturer. The warranty is valid only when the product has been used under intended conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling. Wear and tear of moving mechanical parts is not covered either. The warranty is valid only with the original purchase document. Warranty becomes void and free service is denied if: a) the purchase document is not presented when the product is brought in for warranty service; b) the product serial number is changed, removed, or unreadable; c) the defect is due to the owner's misuse, failure to follow instructions, or poor maintenance. If you notice a defect covered under warranty or for which the seller is responsible, please contact the nearest Stanford Music OÜ store. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations The buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund if the seller is unable to fulfill the order within the promised time. The buyer has the right to request information from the seller. The buyer is obligated to read and accept the Privacy Policy and the terms of sale and warranty. The buyer must inform the seller in advance of any decisions related to the order. The buyer must ensure that the product meets their needs—information can be obtained from the manufacturer's website or by contacting Stanford Music stores (including via the online store’s email: epood(at)stanfordmusic.ee). The buyer must review shipping prices and conditions before purchase. Seller’s Rights and Obligations The seller has the right to extend delivery times if the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered within the expected period. In such cases, the seller will notify the buyer. If the buyer does not wish to wait or choose a replacement item, a refund will be issued. The seller has the right to cancel the order if the product is out of stock. The buyer will be notified, and a refund will be issued. The seller has the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice. The seller is responsible for return shipping costs if the buyer cancels the order due to a delay in delivery. The seller must refund the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of order cancellation or product return. The seller must provide a warranty unless the buyer has violated warranty terms. The seller is obligated to repair or replace defective products. If that is not possible, a refund must be issued within 30 days of receiving expert assessment results. The seller guarantees product quality and completeness. The seller is responsible for the goods until delivery to the customer. If the buyer does not collect the item within 3 months of the agreed pickup date, it is considered a breach of the sales agreement and a refusal to accept the goods. The seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the agreement and claim compensation (e.g., storage costs), which can be deducted from the prepayment made by the buyer. Stanford Music OÜ gift cards remain valid as long as the euro is legal tender and the company is operational. Dispute Resolution Any disputes regarding this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
