There are two ways to purchase products offered by Stanford Music:
1. Visit our stores in Tallinn, Tartu, or Riga and buy products directly on-site.
This option allows you to try out the instruments in person and consult with our sales staff. Payments can be made in cash or with all major credit cards. Installment payments are also available via Esto, Liisi, or LHV Hire Purchase.
2. Order products via our online store at stanfordmusic.com.
First, find the product you're interested in using the product catalog or search function. To purchase the product, click the "ADD TO CART" button. A confirmation message will appear indicating the product was successfully added to the cart.
If you wish to continue shopping and/or add more items, click "CONTINUE". To proceed to checkout, click "CART".
You will then see the order summary. Review the selected products and quantities, and enter your email address to proceed.
On the next page, fill in your contact information, select your preferred shipping method, and payment method. After making your selections, click "CONFIRM ORDER", and you’ll be directed to payment. A confirmation email will also be sent to your inbox.
You can pay via bank link, bank transfer (a prepayment invoice will be sent automatically), credit card, or PayPal. Please note: a 3.4% surcharge applies to PayPal payments.
Once the payment corresponding to the order confirmation is completed, the final invoice will be sent to your email. The order will then be prepared for courier shipment or delivered to an Itella Smartpost terminal.
If you selected in-store pickup at a Stanford Music location, you will receive an email once the item is ready for collection.
Delivery from our warehouse to the store may take 1–7 working days. Please wait for the notification email before coming to collect your order!
If a product is available on backorder, it means we currently do not have it in stock, but it can be ordered. We will order the item for you as soon as possible. Delivery times vary between manufacturers, so we cannot provide an exact timeframe, but we will do our best to get the product to you as quickly as possible.
