Overview

The Rumble 200 V3 marks a major evolution in Fender’s portable bass amp lineup. It has been completely redesigned to be lighter and more powerful. At the same time, it maintains the classic Fender look and dependable build quality. With 200 watts of output, it delivers enough headroom for rehearsals and small to mid-sized gigs.

This combo is equipped with a 15″ Eminence® speaker for deep, authoritative low end. In addition, a high-frequency compression horn adds clarity and definition. Because the horn features an on/off switch, you can tailor the top-end response to your playing style.

Overdrive switch

With a simple flick of a switch, the Rumble 200 V3 delivers gritty and aggressive overdrive. However, the low end remains tight and controlled. Therefore, you can add harmonic richness without sacrificing definition. For live use, the overdrive can also be engaged with an optional footswitch.

Three-Button Voicing Section

This Rumble amp allows detailed tonal shaping through its three-button voicing section. The Bright switch boosts high frequencies for added clarity. Meanwhile, the Contour switch scoops mids to create a modern slap tone. The Vintage switch, on the other hand, emulates classic tube warmth. Consequently, adjusting your sound for different musical styles becomes fast and intuitive.

Connectivity & Performance Features

For stage and studio compatibility, the rear-panel XLR line output ensures direct connection to PA systems or recording interfaces. In addition, a ground lift switch helps eliminate unwanted hum. As a result, signal integration remains clean and reliable.

High-frequency compression tweeter

To enhance articulation, the combo includes a high-frequency compression tweeter. This provides clear and focused highs, especially useful for slap and harmonics. Because the tweeter features an on/off switch, you can tailor the top-end response to your preference.

Effects loop

For optimal signal-chain placement, the Fender Rumble 200 V3 includes a rear-panel effects loop with ¼” send and return jacks. Therefore, time-based and modulation effects can operate at proper signal levels. This ensures cleaner and more consistent performance.

Headphone output

When silent practice is required, the headphone output offers convenient personal monitoring. As a result, you can rehearse at any time without disturbing others.
