The Yamaha PM1X Silent Brass Mute has undergone many improvements to ensure players are receiving the best accessory possible. For travelling players the disassembled body is a great advantage, allowing the mute to be stacked into a compact size. The new mute does not extend as far over the bell surface as previous models, improving balance when playing. An adjustable rod allows players to position the mute head so they can achieve their desired pitch, resonance and playing feel. Thanks to this new feature the mute can be used with Bb, C, Eb and F horns. The Yamaha PM1X silent brass mute comes equipped with a cable, owner’s manual and belt.
