The MEINL Original African Style Rope Tuned Wood Djembes are carved from one solid piece of plantation grown Mahogany Wood. The Mali-Weave rope tuning system guarantees a proper and long long-lasting tuning of the instrument. The Water Rhythm Series features a carved design evocative of ocean waves, and all djembes come bundled with the Professional Djembe Bag.
