The MXR Joshua Ambient Echo delivers a highly customizable delay setup. You can control not just the tempo and number of repeats with the Delay and Regen knobs, but also their rhythm. Use the Division control to choose from various note values, including ¼ notes and triplets. If you desire trails after disengaging the pedal, simply activate the Trails function. For an even richer sound, engage the Echo 2 switch to add a secondary set of repeats.

Intuitive Tone Shaping

Refining your echoes proves intuitive with this pedal. The Mod control applies luscious modulation to your delay signal.

After dialing that in, you can enhance the soundscape with the Voice control. This feature creates a celestial atmosphere by mixing -1 sub octave, +1 octave up, and +2 octave up signals. The MXR Joshua Ambient Echo amplifies the ethereal ambience crafted by other elements of the pedal.
