Unscrewing a typical clutch from the top hi hat cymbal is a pain when you’re trying to set up or tear down. Pearl’s Rapid Lock Super Grip Hi Hat Clutch reduces this tedious little process to a few seconds!

Squeeze the two silver “triggers” and the bottom of the trigger will simply pull off or push on with no unscrewing. Release them and they’ll lock into place.

The red locking nut applies downward pressure to make sure it doesn’t loosen up over time. You can further strengthen the locking nut’s position by tightening it down with a small allen wrench.

This Super Grip model features a second locking nut on the top section of the clutch, so no matter how crazy you get with your hats it won’t come loose.
