Product Description:
The Meinl Sonic Energy Thunder Drum delivers powerful, rumbling sound effects similar to rolling thunder. Crafted from lightweight synthetic material, it is comfortable to hold and easy to play. Let the metal spring hang freely and guide it with subtle wrist movements to create the thunder sound. Tapping the spring with the hand creates sharp, sizzling accents. Opening and closing the sound hole produces further variations, including expressive wah-wah-like tones. Perfect for sound journeys where natural atmospheres play an important role, as well as for performances or creative sound design.
