Impress your audience with this unique cajon

The LP Matador Whiskey Barrel Stave Cajon brings a unique look to an already exclusive design. The rounded belly and smaller top give an amazing sonic range that has crisp slap tones with increased resonance and bass. The uniquely round shell is made of stave-constructed pine wood for the depth and resonance of a traditional drum. The poplar soundboard is fatter in the middle and tapered up near the top to provide better separation between the bass and slap tones.

As a player, you’ll be delighted by the full bass and tight slap tones, as well as the comfortable seat on the curved stave shell. The rounded top corners provide added comfort and playability. Whether you’re at a wedding or a local bar, your audience will connect with the LP Matador Whiskey Barrel Stave Cajon’s vintage look and tone.
