GIBSON LES PAUL STANDARD 60S VINTAGE ВИШНЕВЫЙ BURST

Vintage vibes

It’s Gibson, so you know there’s going to be the attention to detail that’ll bring the past to life. And if you need convincing, then look no further than the premium sets of appointments that decorate this Faded ’60s. Starting with its accurate Grover Rotomatic Kidney tuning buttons and gold Top Hat knobs with Silver Reflectors, it’s got the period correct charm to win you over. Add to that its gorgeous vintage cherry sunburst finish and satin nitrocellulose lacquer, and it’s hard to keep your eyes away!

But isn’t just about its looks because Gibson have made sure it feels correct. An unchambered, purely solid mahogany body provides the heft and weight you’d expect from a vintage LP, while the ’60s neck profile ensures you’ll be chording and riffing like the players of old. Authenticity at its finest.

Timeless tones

Sizzling sixties sonics. The Standard Faded ‘60s hosts a pair of BurstBucker pickups that are voiced for the times. An era where the Les Paul had a bit of extra bite in its tone and growl on the stage. As such, they’re fitted with alnico V magnets for a weighty output that’s rich in sustain. Crank them with some overdrive and distortion to enjoy crisp and articulate crunch tones. Tones that have a bright and clear top end to let your leads stand our through a mix.

Built in an open coil style for that extra output edge, these pickups are ready to rule the stage. Even better, they’re hand wired to audio taper pots with orange drop capacitors so that you’ll have exact control on your sound. Each level on the tone and volume knob will have a noticeable difference, where at the lower end the sound cleans up considerably, but crank them to the maximum to unleash that unbridled Les Paul tone.

Les Paul level playability

One of the finest playing experiences you’ll find on a guitar. Presenting an accurate ’60s style SlimTaper neck, the Standard Faded ’60s has the period feel, and sleek, fast playing action that’s great for chord work and solos alike. On top of that is a gloriously smooth rosewood fretboard that allows for seamless transitions over the scales.

And these are backed up by the classic Gibson features that make the Les Paul an instrument like no other. Grover tuning machines pair with an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with an aluminium stop bar to award you with rock solid stability while you’re playing. And that TOM bridge makes intonation easy to adjust and set to your liking. With these working in tandem, you can forget about the faff, and focus on the fun.

Hardshell case included

With such a beautiful guitar in your possession, you’re going to want to keep it in a pristine condition for years to come. Luckily, it’s included with a quality Gibson hardshell case that’s bespoke to the Les Paul shape, so you can safely stow away your treasured guitar whenever you’re on the road. And that’s good, because a guitar this good looking, and this good sounding needs to be out and about, so it can be witnessed by as many people as possible!
