The Yamaha PM2X Silent Brass Mute features a newly improved design, to better fit the needs of players in today’s market. For travelling players the disassembled body is a great advantage, allowing the mute to be stacked into a compact size. The new mute is smaller and lighter, improving balance when playing. An adjustable rod allows players to position the mute head so they can achieve their desired pitch resonance and playing feel.
