The Yamaha YFL-272 SL Flute is a part of the new entry-level series from Yamaha. The YFL-272 is possibly the best student model flute available and has been improved even more, with the addition of attractive French style pointed cup arms. This is the open hole version of 272 flute. It does come with plugs for the open holes. This enables you to cover some or all of the open holes while you get used to an open-hole system.All 200 series flutes are adjusted at Yamaha and carefully by hand. They are subject to strict controls and this way can a high quality be consistently guaranteed. The intonation is outstanding, making this the ideal flute for students who wish to be part of orchestras and grand productions.
