Electro-acoustic Grand-Pacific-acoustic guitar from the Taylor 100 series
The first guitar in the 100 Series to feature Grand Pacific round-shoulder dreadnought body shape, the TAYLOR 50th Anniversary 117e acoustic/electric guitar offers seasoned, neo-vintage tone in a package that’s perfect for new learners and working musicians alike.
Built with back and sides of layered sapele and a solid torrefied spruce top, this acoustic-electric yields a warm voice with clear projection and low-end power. Special roasting process for the spruce top adds a mature, aged-in sweetness, while C-Class interior bracing dials up more volume, sustain and presence in the bass range.
Together with the slender, easy-playing neck and built-in ES2 electronics, it all adds up to an exciting playing experience for any type of player.
