YAMAHA REVSTAR STANDARD RSS20 SUNSET SUNBURST

YAMAHA Revstar Standard RSS20 (SSB) is a chambered solid body electric guitar, featuring a Mahogany body, Maple top, a three pieces Mahogany set-neck with 22 stainless steel frets Rosewood fretboard (scale 24.75″), AlNiCo V humbucking pickups and tone pot with push-pull “Focus Switch” which activates a passive boost with an effect similar to overwound pickups — darker highs, increased mids and lows, and an aggressive character.
Positions 2 and 4 of the pickup selector slightly delay the opposite pickup for a subtle phase shift that offers a fresh take on classic “in-between” sounds.

Evolution of the original 2015 Revstar series, the 2022 generation offers greater performances, notably thanks to its chambered mahogany body developped with modern tools and modeling techniques, for increased resonance, reduced weight, and optimum ergonomy.
