The CDP-S series is perfect for a wide range of musical genres. The Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard Ⅱ, which is an action mechanism with hammer weighting the same as a grand piano, housed in a compact body, allows for a great balance of slim size and responsive touch.

KEYS THAT ARE SMOOTH TO THE TOUCH

The fine-grained finish on the key surface prevents slippage caused by perspiration, and the keys feel comfortable to the fingertips even during long sessions.

COMPATIBILITY WITH THREE-PEDAL UNIT

The CDP-S160 is compatible with the fixed three-pedal stand CS-470P and the three-pedal unit SP-34 (both sold separately) , suitable for both piano practice and performance. The damper pedal can be depressed lightly to produce a half-dampened sound.

CLEARLY LABELED FUNCTIONS TO EASILY SET TONES AND OTHER BASIC SETTINGS

The function notations above the keys make it easy to see which keys to press to change settings such as tones and tempo.

The MIDI recorder feature enables performances to be recorded to the piano’s internal memory and played back – helpful during lessons or just for fun.

The CDP-S160 can be seamlessly controlled from the free Chordana Play for Piano app for smartphone and tablet. Quickly and easily change settings such as tone, touch response and metronome.
